Managing Audit Attachments
Attachments can be added and removed from Audit records.
- From the Audit record, click Other Actions > Manage Attachments.
Result: The Manage Attachments window is displayed.
- Click the Add Attachment link.
Result: The Upload Files window is displayed.
NOTE: To delete an attachment, click the delete icon.
- Browse to select the file.
- Click OK.
Result: The document information is displayed in the Manage Attachments window.
- Enter a comment about the attachment.
- Click the Sign-off button.
- Enter your user ID and password and then click the Sign-off button.
Result: The attachment has been added to the Audit record.
